The Bill of Right are the first 10 amendments to the Constitution which list the individual right of every citizen. These amendments specify the fundamental rights and the most important rights of the American people and which also protects them from popular majority and bad government officials. The Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution because it failed to mention basic rights which was a problem, therefore the Constitution was not ratified till the amendments were annexed. The courts, both state and national, are responsible for enforcing the Bill of Rights. They enforce the bill of rights when cases of abuse are brought to attention properly. The Supreme Court of the United States decided if the Bill Rights has been violated or not.
