Creating the Courts: Article III
Article 3 creates the judicial branch. The judicial branch explains laws to decide what they mean and if they have been followed in certain cases. Article 3 guarantees a trial by jury, it also creates the supreme court and allows congress to make federal courts beneath the supreme court. Those courts deal with U.S. laws not individual state laws.
