Amending the Constitution: Article V
Article 5 of the Constitution state that in order to make changes to the Constitution is to add another amendment. In order to add another amendment it must be ratified by the state first. The "Super Majority" or two thirds of the Senate and the House of Representatives must agree with the amendment.
